鞍钢半连续式热带钢轧机进一步改造的设想实现后,年产量可达到360万 t、450万 t、465万 t、甚至478万 t,可以分期实现。专家们认为,从学术与技术角度考虑是可行的,但存在许多具体问题。本文结合这些问题提出了解决办法和意见,以利促其实现。建议有关部门对进一步改造的设想进行审查、核算、落实,如可行则应即刻行动,用最短时间使其实现,并为其他钢铁企业提供技术信息,为发展祖国钢铁事业多做贡献。

Experts believe that it is feasible from an academic and technical perspective, but there are many specific problems. This article puts forward solutions and suggestions in light of these problems so as to facilitate their realization. It is suggested that the relevant departments review, calculate and implement the concept of further transformation. If feasible, they should act promptly to bring them into effect in the shortest time and provide technical information to other steel mills so as to make more contributions to the development of the steel industry in the motherland.
