目的研究麝香和冰片对大鼠脑缺血再灌注恢复早期炎性损伤的保护作用。方法将105只大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、麝香、冰片50 mg/kg,25 mg/kg剂量组,醒脑静10 mL/kg组。各组预防给药4 d后,采用线栓法复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,缺血72 h后,考察麝香和冰片对缺血再灌注后对神经功能损伤的改善作用,脑组织环氧化物酶(COX-2)及5脂氧酶(5-LOX)活性的影响。结果麝香与冰片能改善大鼠行为学异常,降低缺血再灌注后恢复早期脑内COX-2和5-LOX的活力。结论麝香和冰片对脑缺血再灌注恢复早期炎性损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of musk and borneol on the early inflammatory injury induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods 105 rats were divided into sham operation group, model group, musk, borneol 50 mg / kg, 25 mg / kg dose group and Xingnaojing 10 mL / kg group. After 4 days of administration, the rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was reproduced by thread occlusion method. After 72 hours of ischemia, the effect of musk and borneol on neurological damage after ischemia-reperfusion was observed. Oxidase (COX-2) and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) activity. Results Musk and borneol could improve behavioral abnormalities in rats and reduce the activity of COX-2 and 5-LOX in early brain after ischemia-reperfusion. Conclusion Musk and borneol have a protective effect on early inflammatory injury after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
