针对装配式板梁桥铰缝,提出一种型钢混凝土组合(SRC)对铰缝进行加固的技术方法。为了研究SRC组合铰缝加固方法的加固效果,进行了不同加固方式的静力及疲劳试验。试验研究发现:SRC加固后的铰缝在强度、整体受力性能及疲劳性能等方面优于其他加固方式的铰缝;同时,根据不同加固方式后铰缝的破坏现象、以及铰缝的力-变形关系曲线识别了加固后铰缝的两种典型破坏形态,即结合面弯剪破坏和结合面弯曲破坏,并分别建立了两种破坏形态下铰缝的强度预测模型。误差分析表明两个模型计算结果精确、可靠,可为铰缝的工程设计计算提供参考。
Aiming at the hinge joint of the prefabricated girder bridge, a method of reinforcing the hinge joints by SRC is proposed. In order to study the reinforcement effect of SRC combined hinge reinforcement method, static and fatigue tests of different reinforcement methods were carried out. The experimental results show that SRC strengthened joints are superior to other reinforced joints in strength, overall mechanical performance and fatigue performance. At the same time, according to different failure modes of rear joints, The deformation relation curves identify two typical failure modes of the strengthened hinge, namely the bending failure of the joint surface and the bending failure of the joint surface, and establish the prediction models of the strength of the joint under the two failure modes respectively. Error analysis shows that the results of the two models are accurate and reliable, which can provide reference for engineering design calculation of hinge joint.
