目的:研究黄芩石榴皮面霜的处方及其制备工艺。方法:以基质的外观、稠度与涂布性、物理稳定性、p H值为考察指标,筛选基质的油相组成、乳化剂的用量,并对乳化温度、乳化时间等工艺参数进行优化。结果:确定的处方组成和工艺为:黄芩提取物1.5%、石榴皮总多酚部位2%、白凡士林8%、硬脂酸2%、十六醇4%、十八醇4%、甘油6%、丙二醇6%、十二烷基硫酸钠1%、单硬脂酸甘油酯2%、依地酸二钠0.1%、羟苯乙酯0.1%、加纯净水至100%;乳化温度为80℃、乳化时间为15 min。制备的产品均匀、细腻、稠度适中、易涂布、物理稳定性好。结论:该工艺操作简单、可行性高,产品质量稳定,拓宽了纯天然中药用于皮肤护理的应用前景,适用于该产品的大规模生产推广。
Objective: To study the prescription of Scutellaria baicalensis pomegranate skin cream and its preparation technology. Methods: The appearance, consistency and coatability of the matrix, physical stability and p H value were taken as the indexes to select the oil phase composition and the amount of the emulsifier. The process parameters such as emulsification temperature and emulsification time were optimized. Results: The prescription and composition of the prescription were as follows: 1.5% of Scutellariae Radix extract, 2% of total polyphenols of pomegranate peel, 8% of white petrolatum, 2% of stearic acid, 4% of cetyl alcohol, 4% of octadecanol, %, Propylene glycol 6%, Sodium lauryl sulfate 1%, Glycerol monostearate 2%, Edetate disodium 0.1%, Ethyl paraben 0.1%, Purified water to 100%; Emulsification temperature 80 ℃, emulsifying time is 15 min. Preparation of the product uniform, delicate, moderate consistency, easy coating, good physical stability. Conclusion: The process is simple, highly feasible, stable product quality, broaden the application prospects of pure natural Chinese medicine for skin care, suitable for the large-scale production of the product promotion.
