针对铸轧工艺的特殊性,拟定了一套方便可行的铸轧辊温度场及热变形测试方案。运用该方案对某铸轧机成功地进行了工业现场测试,掌握了铸轧辊在铸轧环境下温度场及热变形的分布规律,为铸轧板形控制及现场铸轧工艺优化提供了可靠依据。
Aiming at the particularity of the casting process, a set of convenient and feasible test methods of temperature field and thermal deformation of the casting roll were developed. The program was used to successfully test the industrial field of a casting rolling mill and to grasp the distribution rules of the temperature field and the thermal deformation of the casting roll under the condition of casting and rolling, which provided a reliable basis for the optimization of the shape control of casting roll and the optimization of the casting process.
