对大模数淬火齿轮,各厂家多采用中频感应淬火。我厂引进西德派纳公司的液压技术,生产多种电动液压抓具,其齿端驱动臂(图1)采用单齿双面高频淬火。感应器用10×6mm矩形紫铜管制成,如图2所示。施感面与齿面的间隙分别是:e_112mm,e_2和e_32mm,e_44mm。正对齿侧面和齿底面的施感面上均布φ1mm的喷水孔,孔的中心距为4mm,喷水角为45°,喷水孔高出齿顶2mm。这种感应器加热均匀,
Quenching of large modulus gear, the manufacturers use more induction quenching. I plant the introduction of the West Germany Pina Company’s hydraulic technology to produce a variety of electric hydraulic gripper, the tooth-end drive arm (Figure 1) using single-tooth double-sided high-frequency quenching. The sensor is made of 10 × 6mm rectangular copper tube, as shown in Figure 2. Shi sensation and tooth surface gap are: e_112mm, e_2 and e_32mm, e_44mm. Positive tooth flanks and tooth bottom surface of the sensing surface were uniformly φ1mm spray holes, the hole center distance of 4mm, spray angle of 45 °, spray holes above the tooth tip 2mm. This sensor is heated evenly,
