玉米秸秆是目前农业上主要的废弃物之一,每年有大量的废弃秸秆没有得到利用。本研究以玉米秸秆为研究对象,探究了炭化后的玉米秸秆对于氨氮及磷的吸附情况。通过正交实验选择出16组具有代表性的组合条件进行玉米秸秆的炭化,采用恒温震荡吸附试验方法,在相同的条件用不同的炭化条件下的玉米秸秆对于模拟好的养猪废水进行吸附实验。实验表明,在炭化条件是1.5 h,500℃,5 cm的条件下对于氨氮以及磷的吸附效果最好;在相同的吸附条件下不同制备条件下的炭化玉米秸秆的吸附性能不同,在炭化温度为500℃时对于氨氮以及磷的吸附达到了最佳值;秸秆炭的投加比例在1∶100的时候对于废水中的氨氮以及磷的吸附率最高。
Corn stover is one of the major agricultural waste currently, and a large amount of abandoned straw is not used every year. In this study, corn straw as the research object, to explore the carbonized corn stalks for ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus adsorption situation. Sixteen representative combinations of carbonized corn stover were selected through orthogonal experiment. The adsorption experiment was conducted on the simulated pig swine wastewater under the same conditions using corn stalks under the same conditions of constant temperature and shaking adsorption. . The experimental results showed that the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus was the best under the conditions of carbonization of 1.5 h, 500 ℃ and 5 cm. The adsorption performance of carbonized corn stalks with different preparation conditions was different under the same adsorption conditions. When the temperature was 500 ℃, the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus reached the best value. The adsorption rate of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater was the highest when the proportion of straw charcoal was 1: 100.
