本文应用姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)技术和酵母菌(Saccharomyces cerevisiae,YEPD8534-8c)的药物诱变性检测法,研究氯氮平的诱变效应。结果没有显示氯氮平对核基因和细胞质基因的任何诱变效应。提示氯氮平从诱变角度看是安全的。
In this study, the mutagenic effect of clozapine was studied by using sister chromatid exchange (SCE) technique and drug mutagenicity assay of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (YEPD8534-8c). The results do not show any mutagenic effects of clozapine on the nuclear and cytoplasmic genes. Clozapine suggests that it is safe from the mutagenic point of view.
