目的:探讨利肺片治疗老年肺结核的疗效。方法:2013年4月-2014年2月我院确诊的130例老年初治肺结核患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用利肺片联合标准化疗方案,对照组采用标准化疗方案。结果:治疗组2个月末综合症状缓解率、痰菌阴转率及6个月末病灶显著吸收率、空洞闭合率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利肺片治疗老年肺结核,能较早改善临床症状,促进早期痰菌阴转,促进后期病灶吸收、空洞闭合,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Liping Tablets in treating elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: From April 2013 to February 2014, 130 elderly patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Liping Tablets combined with standard chemotherapy and the control group with standard chemotherapy. Results: At the end of 2 months, the rate of symptom remission, sputum negative conversion rate and significant lesion absorptivity and void closure rate at the end of 6 months in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the clinical symptoms, promote the early sputum negative conversion, and promote the absorption of the lesion at the later stage, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
