目的探讨超声在臀部肿物诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法对比超声引导下穿刺活检病理,回顾性分析50例臀部肿物超声检查在诊断肿物良恶性中的价值。结果臀部良恶性肿物超声表现中病变的形态、边界、内部回声及所在层次差异存在统计学差异。结论超声可对臀部肿物的良恶性做出初步诊断,为进一步诊治提供帮助。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hip mass. Methods Ultrasound-guided biopsy biopsy pathology, retrospective analysis of 50 cases of hip mass ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumor value. Results There were significant differences in the morphology, boundary, internal echo and the level of the lesions in the benign and malignant tumors of the buttocks. Conclusion Ultrasound can make a preliminary diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of the buttocks, which can be helpful for further diagnosis and treatment.
