司法公信力是伴随着中国法治化进程的逐步推进而日益受到人们重视的一个问题。由于传统的和现实的各种因素的影响,我国司法公信力不高,公众普遍信任与服从司法的局面远未形成,在很大程度上已成为制约司法职能作用充分有效发挥的重要原因。本文探讨了我国司法公信力缺失的原因,旨在为破解司法公信力缺失提供一定的参考与借鉴。
The credibility of the judiciary is an issue that has drawn more and more attention with the gradual promotion of the process of rule of law in China. Due to the influence of traditional and realistic factors, the credibility of our judiciary is not high, and the general trust and obedience to the public are far from being formed. To a large extent, this has become an important reason that restricts the full and effective functioning of judicial functions. This article explores the reasons for the lack of credibility of the judiciary in our country and aims to provide some reference and reference for solving the lack of credibility of the judiciary.
