随着社会的发展,我国在教育方面不断进行改革,不仅在教学方法上做出了改变,对学生的身体素质也更加重视。但是随着人们生活水平的提高,生活质量越来越好,学生饮食不规律,导致很多学生出现身体健康达不到标准的现象,这对高中生的健康造成了很大的威胁,所以,教师应该利用体育教学来提高高中生的身体素质。
With the development of the society, our country carries on the reform unceasingly in the education aspect, not only made the change in the teaching method, but also paid more attention to the student’s physical quality. However, with the improvement of people’s living standards, the quality of life is getting better and better, and the irregular eating habits of students lead to the failure of many students to achieve the standard of physical health. This poses a great threat to the health of senior high school students. Therefore, Physical education should be used to improve the physical quality of high school students.
