深化物资企业改革,是深化经济体制改革的一个重要组成部分,物资企业推行承包经营责任制,是物资企业改革的一项重要内容。一去年以来,我国物资企业在全国工业企业普遍实行承包制的大气候中也推行了承包制,而且发展较快。最近,我们对27个省、自治区、直辖市的10133个物资企业调查,推行承包制的物资企业共有8791个,承包面达87％。其中:省级物资企业承包面达71％;地市级物资企业承包面达88％;县级物资企业承包面达87％。在承包的物资企业中,采取的承包形式主要有三种:一是上交利润递增包干,实行这种
