本文采用快速尿素酶法,对500kV超高压作业人员Hp感染情况进行调查,结果Hp阳性率随高压工龄的增高而降低,即高压工龄5年以下7/10(70%),6~10年17/29(59%),11年以上9/25(36%);三组比较差别显著(P<0.05)。Hp感染率亦随高压组职工年龄的增长而降低,即30岁以下21/30(70%),31~40岁19/27(33%),41岁以上3/7(43%);三组比较差别显著(P<0.05)。认为出现这种异常现象并非偶然,可能与超高压电磁场对人体细胞的生物学累积效应有关。
In this paper, rapid urease method, the Hp infection of 500kV EHV workers were investigated, the results of Hp positive rate with the high-pressure seniority and lower, that is, high-pressure working age less than 5 years 7/10 (70%), 6 to 10 years 17 / 29 (59%), more than 11 years 9/25 (36%). The difference between the three groups was significant (P <0.05). The infection rate of Hp also decreased with the increase of the age of the workers in the high-pressure group, which was 21/30 (70%) under the age of 30, 19/27 (33%) from 31 to 40 years old and 3/7 (43%) over 41 years old. Group difference was significant (P <0.05). It is not by chance that this anomaly occurs and may be related to the biological cumulative effect of EHV electromagnetic fields on human cells.
