通过对弧齿锥齿轮铣齿切削过程中工件主轴径向振动故障诊断,找出了现行铣齿机工艺系统中影响齿轮加工精度的主要环节。为提高齿轮加工质量,进行新型铣齿动态设计提供了依据。
Through the diagnosis of the radial vibration of the workpiece spindle during the tooth milling process of the spiral bevel gear, the main part that affects the machining accuracy of the gear milling machine is found out. In order to improve the quality of gear processing, dynamic milling tooth design provides a basis.
