目的对某冶炼厂铅危害进行调查分析,探讨可行的防治对策。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查,对结果进行统计分析。结果铅烟、铅尘浓度最高分别为3.72及0.15mg/m3,超过国家标准时间加权平均浓度(PC-TWA)123及2倍。在282名接铅工人血样中,血铅水平超过GBZ37-2002《职业性慢性铅中毒诊断标准》[1]正常值有132例(46.8%)。结论作业场所铅污染较严重,应采取切实有效的综合防治措施。
Objective To investigate and analyze the lead hazards of a smelter and discuss feasible control measures. Methods The occupational health survey, workplace occupational disease risk factors on-site monitoring and occupational health examination were conducted, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The highest concentrations of lead dust and lead dust were 3.72 and 0.15 mg / m3 respectively, which exceeded the national standard time-weighted average concentration (PC-TWA) of 123 and 2 times. Among 282 blood samples taken from lead workers, blood lead levels exceeded the normal value of GBZ37-2002 “Diagnostic criteria for occupational chronic lead poisoning” [1], with 132 (46.8%) normal values. Conclusion The workplace lead pollution is more serious and should take effective and comprehensive prevention and control measures.
