脊髓型颈椎病为颈椎间盘突出或骨嵴压迫脊髓引起,其手术治疗已广泛开展,手术方式的选择直接影响疗效.对于多个节段病变的脊髓型颈椎病患者,单纯采用颈椎前路椎间盘摘除减压植骨内固定术(ACDF)行前路病灶切除危险性过大,而后路手术往往残留部分症状不能完全恢复.
