[目的]观察龙胆泻肝汤联合西药治疗带状疱疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组,治疗期间均禁食辛辣及油腻食物,戒烟、酒。对照组15例阿昔洛韦0.2g/次,1次/8h;三氮唑核苷(病毒唑)10mg/kg+5%葡萄糖500mL静滴,1次/d;甲钴胺250~500ug,1次/d。伴水泡破裂2.5%龙胆紫溶液涂患处。治疗组15例龙胆泻肝汤(龙胆草10g,连翘、生地各15g,泽泻10g,木通8g,车前子、黄芩、生栀仁、丹皮各10g,板蓝根、牛蒡子各15g,佩兰、甘草各10g),水2000mL煎至500mL,3~4次/d,温服。疼痛重外用京墨涂抹。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程,治疗3个疗程。观测临床症状,皮疹、止疱、止痛、结痂、皮损痊愈时间,不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效3例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈6例,显效3例,无效6例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。止痛、止疱、结痂时间,总病程治疗组均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]龙胆泻肝汤联合西药治疗带状疱疹,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with western medicine in treating herpes zoster. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 30 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence number of visiting doctor. Observation of clinical symptoms, rash, blisters, pain, crusting, skin lesions recovered time, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group cured in 12 cases, markedly effective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 100.00%. The control group cured 6 cases, 3 cases markedly effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate 60.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Analgesic, blister only, scab time, the total duration of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The treatment of shingles with Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with western medicine has satisfactory curative effect and no side effects, which deserves promotion.
