将化学法脱墨与酶法脱墨和超声波脱墨相结合,对旧复印纸进行了脱墨处理,讨论了复合脱墨技术对纸张光学性能和强度性能的影响。研究结果表明,对废纸浆进行超声波和酶法处理可以有效提高脱墨浆强度性能、纸浆游离度及纸张紧度,但酶法脱墨不能提高脱墨效率,与化学法脱墨相比,纸张白度和ERIC有所降低。
The chemical deinking was combined with enzymatic deinking and ultrasonic deinking to deink the old photocopying paper. The effects of composite deinking technology on optical properties and strength properties of paper were discussed. The results show that the ultrasonic and enzymatic treatment of waste paper pulp can effectively improve the strength properties of deinked pulp, pulp freeness and paper tightness, but enzymatic deinking can not improve the deinking efficiency, compared with chemical deinking, paper Whiteness and ERIC decreased.
