环丙沙星(Ciprofloxacin,CPFX)又叫环丙氟哌酸,是第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药物,因具有抗菌谱广,杀菌力强等特点,已获临床广泛应用。近年来其不良反应篓见报道,总的不良反应发生率为1%～10%,其中80%～90%为轻到中度,因反应而停止用药者占病例总数的10%～30%。本文对近年来文献报道的CPFX不良反应进行总结归类,以期引起临床用药时注意。
Ciprofloxacin (Ciprofloxacin, also known as ciprofloxacin, is the third generation of quinolone antibacterial drugs, due to its broad antibacterial spectrum, strong bactericidal power, has been widely used in clinical practice. In recent years, its adverse reaction baskets reported, the total incidence of adverse reactions was 1% to 10%, of which 80% to 90% of mild to moderate, due to the reaction to stop the medication accounted for 10% to 30% of the total number of cases. This article summarizes the adverse reactions of CPFX reported in the literature in recent years, with a view to arousing the attention of clinical medication.
