目的 研究单侧创伤性牙合对鼠牙露髓后所致根尖周病损的影响。方法 60只Wistar大白鼠平均分为 4组。A组不做任何处理 ;B组制造鼠左下颌磨牙的根尖周炎症病损 ;C组造成鼠左下颌磨牙的实验性牙合创伤 ;D组同时造成鼠左下颌磨牙的根尖周炎症病损和实验性牙合创伤。分别于实验后的第 1、2、4周处死各组部分动物 ,显微镜下观察组织学变化并进行数据测量。结果 B组牙髓组织出现严重的炎症 ,根尖区牙槽骨吸收。C组根尖区牙周韧带压缩 ,牙槽骨吸收。D组根尖区牙周韧带压缩比B组重 ,但根尖区炎症病变比B组轻。结论 创伤性牙合阻止了实验性根尖周病损的扩展
Objective To study the effect of unilateral traumatic occlusal on periapical lesions caused by pulp demyelination. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were divided equally into four groups. Group A did not make any treatment; Group B made rat left mandibular molars periapical inflammatory lesions; Group C caused the experimental left molar dentinal traumatic occlusion in rats; Group D also caused the left mandibular molars apical periodontal disease Loss and experimental occlusal trauma. The animals in each group were sacrificed on the first, second and fourth week after the experiment, histological changes were observed under the microscope and the data were measured. Results The pulp group B had severe inflammation and alveolar bone resorption in apical area. Periodontal ligament compression and alveolar bone resorption in Group C apical area. The periodontal ligament compression in group A was heavier than that in group B, but the inflammation in apical area was lighter than that in group B. Conclusions Traumatic occlusal occlusion prevented the development of experimental periapical lesions
