作者采用放射免疫测定法检测了32例肺癌患者血清CA125水平。结果表明病人的血清CA125水平显著高于健康对照组,P<0.001。认为血清CA125作为肺癌的辅助诊断有一定的应用前景。
The authors used radioimmunoassay to detect serum CA125 levels in 32 patients with lung cancer. The results showed that the serum CA125 level of the patient was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group, P<0.001. It is considered that serum CA125 has a certain application prospect as an auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer.
