本文用电导滴定、胶体滴定、粘度和红外光谱等方法研究了纤维素硫酸半酯钠盐(NaCS)稀溶液的相对粘度(η_r)与热老化时间(t)的关系,和影响NaCS热氧化降解作用的主要因素:pH、外加盐、添加剂及其浓度。发现:(1)添加剂KI能有效地抑制NaCS热氧化降解作用,(2)80℃老化180天,-OSO_3~-和-COO~-基团含量没有损失或增多,η_r保留值≥80%。实验结果的动力学计算表明,NaCS的热氧化降解作用是按无规历程进行,并提出了NaCS的降解机理。
In this paper, the relationship between relative viscosity (η_r) and heat aging time (t) of dilute solution of sodium cellulose sulfate half ester (NaCS) was studied by means of conductometric titration, colloid titration, viscosity and infrared spectroscopy, Effect of the main factors: pH, salt, additives and their concentration. The results showed that: (1) The additive KI can effectively inhibit the thermal oxidative degradation of NaCS; (2) the content of -OSO_3 ~ - and -COO ~ - groups did not increase or decrease, the retention of η_r≥80%. The kinetic calculations of the experimental results show that the thermal oxidative degradation of NaCS is carried out according to random processes and the degradation mechanism of NaCS is proposed.
