目的观察氟桂利嗪对脑血栓的疗效。方法选择62例脑血栓患者,随机分为治疗组31例与对照组31例进行比较。结果治疗4周后氟桂利嗪组总有效率为90·1%,优于对照组76·6%,(P<0·05)。结论氟桂利嗪对脑血栓形成疗效确切。
Objective To observe the efficacy of flunarizine on cerebral thrombosis. Methods Sixty-two patients with cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into treatment group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases). Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of flunarizine group was 90.1%, which was better than 76.6% of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Flunarizine is effective in treating cerebral thrombosis.
