2011年《财富》(中文版)推出的“中国最适宜退休城市调研”中,青岛仅次于杭州、成都,位列第三。同时青岛在幸福感最高、人文环境最好、城市与自然最和谐等榜单中均排名第三,在生活品质最好城市排名中进入前五。李群书记在市第十一次党代会闭幕后接受记者采访时说:“宜居和幸福是历史的选择,是老百姓的选择,更是我们党的宗旨的具体体现。我们就是要建设一个不仅物质富足、经济发达的区域性中心城市,更应当成为一个和谐的、环境优美的城市,让在这里生活的每一个人都能创造自己的人生价值。”虽然每个人对幸福的定义不同,对幸福的追求也不同,但生活在青岛这座美丽的城市,本身就是一种幸福。城市幸福指数正以ING的时态不断跃升,印证我们对美好生活的设想与憧憬。
