华北有色地质517队水井钻机配用φ114钻杆.一旦发生井内严重坍塌和挤夹钻事故,处理井内钻杆往往需花费许多时间. 后来,我队钻探技师孙殿友同志设计了反事故安全接头(见图).这种接头安在粗径钻具上头.它的传动顺序是:钻杆接头→上接头7→花键轴4→联结箍3→下接头2→粗径钻具.其工作动作是:上接头7的上头与钻杆接头相连接,下部丝扣是反扣与联接箍3连接一起,下端内孔是花键与花键轴4套在一起.平时钻进时,由于弹簧1的作用力,促使花键轴
