在新的经济形势下,为了提高企业的竞争优势,集团化发展已逐渐成为企业谋求生存与发展的有效途径之一。集团公司已经成为现代经济发展的重要组成部分和生力军。集团公司的兴衰成败取决于管理,而管理的核心是财务管理。本文探索出了一套实现“资金集中收付、会计分级核算、全面预算管理、数据综合分析”的集团公司财务管理体制模式和方法。
