一、问题的提出白口铸铁丸作为喷(抛)丸材料已有一百多年的历史。随着生产技术的发展,机械抛丸取代了压缩空气喷丸,而且抛丸设备的功率和转速也不断提高,目前已出现功率达75千瓦,抛射线速度达80米/秒,抛丸量达1210公斤/分的高效抛丸器。白口铸铁由于质脆,极易破碎已不能胜任强力抛丸的要求。五十年代以来,铸钢丸在国外获得了迅速发展,在清理、除绣、强化等领域,铸钢丸几乎全部取代了传统的白口铸铁丸。
