目的观察麻藤定喘微型灌肠剂对哮喘婴幼儿血清Ig E、EOS及IL-4、IFN-γ的调节水平,探讨其机理。方法 120例哮喘婴幼儿随机分为两组,治疗组给予定喘微型灌肠剂,对照组给予美普清口服,观察治疗后两组症状及体征消失时间,血Ig E、EOS及IL-4、IFN-γ的变化。结果两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组咳嗽及肺部哮鸣音消失时间与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组在调节Ig E、EOS及IL-4、IFN-γ方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻藤定喘微型灌肠剂可通过调节患儿血中Ig E、EOS及IL-4、IFN-γ水平,减轻哮喘患儿的病理变化从而控制哮喘的发作。
Objective To observe the effects of Maten Dingwei mini-enema on the levels of IgE, EOS, IL-4 and IFN-γ in asthmatic infants and young infants, and to explore its mechanism. Methods One hundred and twenty asthma infants and young children were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Dingchuan mini-enema. The control group was treated with Meipuqing. The symptoms and signs disappeared, the serum IgE, EOS and IL-4, IFN-γ changes. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The disappearance time of cough and wheeze in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05) -4, IFN-γ was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ma Teng Ding Wei mini-enema can control the onset of asthma by regulating Ig E, EOS, IL-4 and IFN-γ in the blood of the children and relieving the pathological changes in children with asthma.
