应用夹心法ELISA检测了12例多发性肌炎和皮肌炎患者及32例健康人血清的可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL—2R)水平。多发性肌炎和皮肌炎患者血清SIL—2R水平为895.01±249.25μg/ml,较健康人232.15±92.76μg/ml显增高(P<0.01);8例活动期患者血清SIL—2R水平为1012.43μg/ml,比非活动期患者明显增高(P<0.05);对两例多发性肌炎患者血清SIL—2R水平进行了动态观察,发现随着病情的缓解,血清SIL—2R水平也逐渐下降,而且发现血清SIL—2R水平与肌酸磷酸激酶呈正相关。本研究结果显示:①多发性肌炎和皮肌炎患者有淋巴细胞的激活。②血清SIL—2R的检测对判断多发性肌炎和皮肌炎患者的病情活动性,有一定的意义。
Sandwich ELISA was used to detect the levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL-2R) in 12 patients with polymyositis and dermatomyositis and 32 healthy controls. The level of serum SIL-2R in patients with polymyositis and dermatomyositis was 895.01 ± 249.25μg / ml, which was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects (232.15 ± 92.76μg / ml) (P <0.01). The serum SIL-2R levels in 8 active patients were 1012.43μg / ml, which was significantly higher than inactive patients (P <0.05). The levels of serum SIL-2R in two cases of myositis were observed dynamically and the level of serum SIL-2R gradually decreased with the alleviation of the disease Decline, and found that serum SIL-2R levels and creatine phosphokinase was positively correlated. The results of this study show: ① polymyositis and dermatomyositis patients with lymphocyte activation. ② serum SIL-2R test to determine the disease activity of patients with polymyositis and dermatomyositis, have some significance.
