人工流产是医生使用器械进入宫腔吸刮或钳刮而终止妊娠的方法。这种手术只能作为避孕失败的补救措施,而不能作为避孕的手段。可是,我们在妇科门诊每天都可遇到有的妇女没有采取安全可靠的避孕方法,致使反复多次做人流。有的甚至怀孕月份太大超过人流的适合范围,有些病人还对医生隐瞒真正的末次月经日期,要求做人工流产。手术后又不好好休息,健康受到影响。
