2010年3月23日,北京市司法局向朱襄阳颁发了《中华人民共和国律师执业证》。自此,这标志着两岸相隔61年后,大陆首位具有正式执业资格的台湾籍律师诞生。朱襄阳,1969年生于台湾省台北县。从有梦的那一刻起,他从台湾远眺祖国大陆,1990年考取厦门大学法律系,1994年考取北京大学法学硕士研究生;20年来,他一路艰辛,刻苦学习了大陆各种法律法规,先后通过了司法考试、取得实习证、实习一年等层层考验,
