本文在压力23~27 MPa,温度360~420℃的参数范围内,研究了固定床与流化床的流动阻力特性。实验结果表明:传统的计算固定床压降的Ergun公式在超临界水条件下仍可适用,实验值与Ergun公式计算值的平均误差为13.3%。基于固定床及流化床流动阻力特性实验结果拟合了一个适用于超临界水条件下计算流化床最小流化速度的关联式,实验结果与计算结果的平均误差为3 1%。本文研究为超临界水流化床反应器的参数设计和运行提供有用依据。
In this paper, the flow resistance characteristics of fixed bed and fluidized bed were investigated in the range of pressure of 23-27 MPa and temperature of 360-420 ℃. The experimental results show that the Ergun formula which is used to calculate the pressure drop of a fixed bed can still be applied under the condition of supercritical water, and the average error between experimental value and Ergun formula is 13.3%. Based on experimental results of fixed bed and fluidized bed flow resistance, a correlation formula suitable for calculating the minimum fluidization velocity of fluidized bed under supercritical water condition is fitted. The average error between experimental results and calculated results is 31%. This study provides a useful basis for the design and operation of the parameters of the supercritical water fluidized bed reactor.
