体育教学是实现学校体育目的与任务的基本途径。在体育教学中熔进游戏,可提高学生学习的兴趣,促进教学质量的提高。本文从运动生理学和运动心理学以及如何选择游戏等方面,对游戏在体育教学中的应用进行了探讨。
Physical education is the basic way to realize the purpose and task of school physical education. Molten into the game in physical education can enhance students’ interest in learning and promote the improvement of teaching quality. This article discusses the application of games in physical education from the aspects of sports physiology and sports psychology and how to choose games.
