目的探讨注射用红花黄色素对于糖尿病眼底病变的临床治疗疗效。方法糖尿病眼底病变患者60例随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,两组患者均积极控制血糖。对照组采用单纯西医治疗;治疗组加以注射用红花黄色素静脉滴注,予中西医结合治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论经注射用红花黄色素静脉滴注的中西医结合方法治疗糖尿病眼底病变具有较好的疗效,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of safflor yellow injection on diabetic retinopathy. Methods Sixty diabetic retinopathy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were active in controlling blood sugar. The control group was treated with western medicine only; the treatment group was injected with safflower yellow vein intravenous infusion, which was treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Intravenous injection of safflor yellow intravenous infusion of integrated traditional and western medicine treatment of diabetic retinopathy has a good effect, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
