近年来油气管道修复技术领域的新材料、新工艺在国内生产现场大规模应用,其使用的安全性和适应性成为不可忽视的重要问题。通过大量的室内和现场应用试验,研究了CFRP材料的耐久性,以及CFRP用于钢质管道管体缺陷修复的电偶腐蚀风险、修复的匹配性和可靠性,结果表明:CFRP材料具有优异的耐酸碱老化、耐湿热老化及耐候性能,是传统维修方法无法比拟的,为工程应用的设计、选材、成型、维护、检验检测提供了参考。然而,CFRP与钢管发生电偶腐蚀会严重影响修复质量,造成严重的安全隐患,必须采取措施进行防护。

The results show that: CFRP materials have excellent Acid and alkali resistance, heat aging and weather resistance, is unmatched by the traditional methods of maintenance, engineering design for the application, material selection, forming, maintenance, inspection and testing provided a reference. However, the galvanic corrosion between CFRP and steel pipe will seriously affect the quality of repair and cause serious safety hazard. Measures must be taken to protect it.
