物业管理是新兴行业中的的一员,在加快城市文明发展建设的脚步、深化居民住房改革以及提高人民的居住水平上具有不可替代的作用。有效到位的安全保卫工作能偶保障业主的生命和财产安全,同时也使公司能够正常运行。由于目前的社会环境的复杂性以及由于安全保卫工作不属于营利部门而被相关领导忽视等因素,安全保卫工作问题日益突出,物业管理中的安全保卫工作已成为物业管理工作中的重中之重的工作,也面临着极大的挑战。宿舍区的人口相对比较密集,安全保卫工作要做得更加到位、缜密,确保人员的安全,本文主要针对宿舍区的安全保卫工作进行论述。
