目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者血清对氧磷脂酶-1(PON-1)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的变化及其在内异症发病中的作用。方法测定45例内异症患者和20例对照组血清PON-1、MDA的含量,分析PON-1活性与内异症的关系。结果内异症患者血清PON-1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而MDA水平高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。内异症患者PON-1水平重度组明显低于轻度组(P<0.05),其血清水平与病情程度成负相关(r=-0.544,P<0.01)。结论内异症患者PON-1水平明显升高,并随疾病的严重程度而降低,可能在内异症的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum paraoxonase-1 (PON-1) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in patients with endometriosis (endometriosis) and its role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods The levels of serum PON-1 and MDA in 45 patients with endometriosis and 20 controls were determined. The relationship between PON-1 activity and endometriosis was analyzed. Results The serum level of PON-1 in patients with endometriosis was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01), while the level of MDA was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. The level of PON-1 in patients with endometriosis was significantly lower than that in patients with mild degree (P <0.05), and the serum level of PON-1 was negatively correlated with the severity of disease (r = -0.544, P <0.01). Conclusions The level of PON-1 in patients with endometriosis is significantly increased and decreases with the severity of the disease, which may play an important role in the development of endometriosis.
