随着我国经济社会的发展,印刷出版业的繁荣,图书越来越成为传播知识,开阔视野的桥梁。目前我国大部分图书存放在图书馆内,这些图书对人们的教育起到了至关重要的作用。同时对于智力资源的开发和知识的传播都具有重要的意义。由于种种原因,有些地方还是不能实现更好的知识教育,在许多农村和山区里,学校的图书馆设施都很简陋,也许是为了不影响占地,这些图书馆大多建在容易被忽视的地方,并且规模小、设备不齐全、资源来源少,更有一些不适合老师和学生阅读的书本,这些书本冲斥者人们的思想,从而无法真正做到知识的普及。因此,本文重点对图书馆的图书管理问题进行研究。从图书馆图书管理的现状及问题出发,探寻提高图书管理水平的对策。

At present, most of our books are stored in libraries, which play a crucial role in people’s education. At the same time, it is of great significance to the development of intellectual resources and the dissemination of knowledge. Due to various reasons, a better knowledge education can not be achieved in some places. In many rural areas and mountainous areas, the library facilities in schools are very poor, perhaps not to affect land occupation. Most of these libraries are built in easily neglected places , And small scale, equipment is not complete, fewer sources of resources, more some are not suitable for teachers and students to read books, these books repulse people’s thoughts, and thus can not really achieve the popularization of knowledge. Therefore, this article focuses on the library’s library management issues. Based on the current situation and problems of library management, this paper explores the countermeasures to improve the level of library management.
