韭菜为单子叶多年生宿根植物,在植物分类上是百合科葱属。一、品种目前在天津地区栽培的主要品种有大黄苗、大青苗和卷毛三个。 (一) 大黄苗:从江苏徐州引进,又称“南道籽”。植株淡绿色,叶较宽,在一般水肥条件下,叶宽0.6—0.7公分,最宽可达1公分左右。叶片正面较平,中肋不太明显,横断面呈新月形。由于粗纤维较少,组织柔嫩,含水量较大,所以叶片易下垂,高温多雨季节常致倒伏腐烂。但在“压刀”的情况下,如40天左右不收割时又极易形成“干尖”。其抗病性较差,在高温雨季常因畦内积水而致根腐病的发生,如日光温室栽培时遇高温
