“平1”平菇是1989年从苏平1号筛选出的优良菌株,经两年来栽培,表现适应性强,出菇早,转潮快,产量高。出菇比苏平1号早3～5天,产量增加9～10％。生物效率在棉籽壳培养料上达130～150％,稻草上为70～80％。菌丝在10～35℃均能生长,适温23～28℃,高于30℃菌丝易老化,低于20℃生长缓慢。子实体生长温度为10～30℃,适温15～28℃。平均温度在23℃,从菌丝扭结到采菇仅需5天。温度对菇厚薄有明显影响,25℃以上菇盖薄、柄长;20℃以下,菇盖厚,柄短。子实体生长发育阶段对湿度要
