济南,作为山东的省会城市,大学、科研机构云集,科技资源 丰富,有着其他城市所没有的独特的优势。然而,与同省的东部一 些城市,特别是与青岛相比,在外经、外贸,名牌产品方面,逊色 不少。特别是前些年,守着大学、科研机构,但科技成果却多在其 他城市开花。去年,省委、省政府提出“中部突破济南”的重大战 略部署。济南的突破,首先应突破哪里呢?济南市市委、市政府选 择了第一生产力的科技。
As a provincial capital city, university and research institution in Shandong, Jinan has abundant scientific and technological resources and unique advantages that other cities do not have.
