本文报导了2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲胺基酚(5-Br-DMPAP)萃取分光度测定微量钯(Ⅰ)。络合物的吸收峰值位于565纳米处,组成为Pd(Ⅰ):5-Br-DMPAP=1:2(摩尔比).络合物在0.1~0.4 M 高氯酸介质中能被氯仿萃取,可稳定四小时:0-14ppm 钯符合比尔定律.该法允许较高含量的干扰离子存在,同时也具有高的灵敏度(摩尔吸收系数ε=6.68×10~4),并成功地应用于镍阳极泥中微量钯的测定.
