一、住宅工程质量通病原因分析 从某市建筑安装工程质量情况通报中,可以进行分析找出影响工程质量的主要问题,进而找出防治和消除的对策。某上半年市质量监督站进行工程质量监督和竣工核验,发现质量问题950项,实物质量问题772项,占81.3％,质量问题统计表见表1。累计频率在90％以内的9项是影响建筑工程质量的主要因素,是建筑工程质量通病。
