目的探讨肝脓肿在螺旋CT多期扫描的表现。方法对18例患者的螺旋CT平扫、动脉、门脉期扫描征进行回顾性分析。结果肝脓肿不同时期有不同的CT征象。结论螺旋CT多期扫描有助于肝脓肿的明确诊断。
Objective To investigate the performance of hepatic abscess in multi-phase spiral CT. Methods The CT scan, arterial and portal venous scan of 18 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Different stages of liver abscess CT signs. Conclusion Spiral CT multistep scan is helpful for the definite diagnosis of liver abscess.
