同志们: 这次全省冶金工作会议的主要任务是:深入贯彻落实省委七届六次全会、全省经贸工作会议、全省经济体制改革工作会议和全国冶金工作会议、全国有色金属工业工作会议精神;总结全省冶金工业1996年的工作;研究部署1997年的工作;动员全省冶金战线广大职工进一步解放思想,转变观念,深化改革,调整结构,竞争市场,为实现全省冶金工业的战略性调整,提高市场竞争力而奋斗。
Comrades: The main task of the province’s metallurgical work conference is to thoroughly implement the Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventh Provincial Committee, the Provincial Conference on Economic and Trade Work, the Working Conference on Economic System Reform in the Province, the National Metallurgical Work Conference, the National Nonferrous Metal Industry Work Conference spirit; summarize the work of the province’s metallurgical industry in 1996; study and deploy the work in 1997; mobilize the vast number of workers and staff in the province’s metallurgical front to further emancipate the mind, change concepts, deepen the reform, adjust the structure, compete for the market, in order to achieve the province’s metallurgical industry Strategic adjustment, improve market competitiveness and struggle.
