人事档案是人才信息的重要载体,是人才的主要信息源。一份规范的人事档案能充分反映出个人经历、德才能绩、工作表现、奖惩情况、行为轨迹、历史背景及其经历的重大事件。目前,人事档案管理工作中存在内容陈旧、管理手段滞后等问题,本文就从人事档案管理是存在的问题及建议谈几几点看法。
Personnel files is an important carrier of talent information is the main source of information. A standardized personnel file can fully reflect the personal experience, moral performance, job performance, rewards and punishments, behavior trajectory, historical background and the experience of major events. At present, there are some problems in the management of personnel files, such as obsolete content and lagging management tools. In this paper, we will discuss the problems and suggestions existing in the management of personnel files.
