全面推进依法治国,律师工作大有可为。党的十八届四中全会对律师行业在全面推进依法治国中的职能作用提出了明确要求:要建设完备的法律服务体系,推进覆盖城乡居民的公共法律服务体系建设,加强民生领域法律服务;强调发展律师、公证等法律服务业,统筹城乡区域法律服务资源,发展涉外法律服务业;首次将律师队伍纳入法治工作队伍范畴,要求加强律师队伍建设等。这充分体现了党和国家对律师行业的高度重视,是对律师行业的巨大鼓舞,也对律师行业提出了更高要求。
To promote ruling the country according to law in an all-round way, there is a great way for lawyers to work. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward specific requirements on the legal profession in promoting the functions of running the country according to law in an all-round way: to establish a complete legal service system, promote the construction of a public legal service system covering both urban and rural residents and strengthen legal services in the field of livelihood; It emphasizes the development of legal services such as lawyers and notaries, co-ordinating the resources for legal services in urban and rural areas and the development of foreign-related legal services. For the first time, the team of lawyers is included in the ranks of the rule of law workforce and the lawyers’ team is required to be strengthened. This fully demonstrates that the party and the state attach great importance to the lawyer profession, which is a great encouragement to the lawyer profession and also sets higher demands on the lawyer profession.
