近视并发黄斑部出血系属非常罕见的并发症,采用蝮蛇毒(清栓酶)治疗,取得满意效果,现报导如下.1 临床资料:赵某某,女,31岁,工人.10年前开始近视,近二年来,发现右眼视力明显减退,来我院验光,经检右裸眼视力为0.08,试凹镜片-5.50球=-1.00柱×90~0,视力只能达到0.2,左眼-4.00球=1.0.电眼底镜检查所见:黄斑区鼻上侧呈现不规则出血瘀斑,色暗,中心凹反射模糊,视神经乳头及视网膜血管基本正常,黄斑区鼻侧上枝血管末梢被出血瘀斑遮盖,于1991年3月25日收我院观察治疗.治疗
