给Wistar大鼠孕期分别自由饮用0.6mg/L(对照组),25mg/L含氟水,其子鼠(饮用同浓度含氟水)至75d,探讨胚胎期至生长发育期接触较高剂量氟对雄鼠性腺的影响。检测结果显示,在该染氟剂量和时间内,氟未引起睾丸组织脂质过氧化作用发生改变。但睾丸LDH-X酶活性显著增高,唾液酸含量亦显著升高,血浆LDH活性降低。表明氟可引起睾丸组织的生化功能改变.对睾丸组织的细胞有一定损伤作用,旦这种损伤作用似不是通过引起脂质过氧化造成的。
